USE OF THE ONLINE SHOP
Our Online Shop can only be used by persons residing in New Zealand and Australia.
Our Website allows you convenient, quick, and easy access to our secure Online Shop. You can purchase our products via our Online Shop using a secure Visa or MasterCard transaction facility. Your credit card information is protected by the latest security mechanisms and will only be used by us in order to complete your transaction. We do not retain your credit card information.
All prices in the Online Shop are represented in New Zealand dollars and includes New Zealand goods and services tax. All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter our prices for any reason at any time.
Payment for your order will be made on our Online Shop using either secure credit card, paypal or bank deposit. The secure credit card payment portal hosted by our trusted partner Braintree. Once your payment has been received by us,Braintree will send you an email with confirmation of your payment. All credit card transactions are processed in New Zealand.
Your order will be delivered to you via our trusted courier service provider, ensuring prompt and safe shipping. For small item shipping is charged at a flat rate of $5 plus $1 per item. International and larger items will be charged at a rate determined by your location.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you supply us with your full and correct delivery address. If you are unsure whether we are able to deliver to your address (i.e. you live at a rural address), please check on our page ‘Delivery and Availability’, there is a ‘check box’ which will notify if we can deliver to you or not. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered because you have incorrectly entered your address details or have tried to receive delivery to a rural address.
Should you enter the wrong address details with your order we are not obliged to re-send your order to the correct address but may elect to do so (at our discretion) at your expense.
Damages or Loss in Transit
Liability for shortages in the quantity of goods delivered is limited to making up the shortages. Where the buyer believes that there is a shortage in the quantity of products delivered, the buyer must notify the seller of any such claim within 7 days of delivery and must provide the seller with a reasonable opportunity to investigate that claim.
All orders delivered within New Zealand and Australia are insured against damage or loss during transit up to the value of NZ$1500. The seller will not accept any liability for loss or damage in transit that exceeds the value of the loss or damage insurance applying to that delivery. You should advise us prior to purchasing if you require an increase to that insurance level.
Goods leaving the seller’s premises are adequately packed. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the carrier in the prescribed manner:
- Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier’s note has been received.
- Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging the carrier’s note must be endorsed accordingly.
- Within 7 days of receipt of consignment the buyer must ensure that all goods received are in good order and condition.
- Claims for damaged items must be lodged with the Courier within 7 days.
- Claims for lost items must be made to the Courier within 14 days.
No damage claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods. While no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted by the seller details of any claim should be advised to the seller.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once your order has been handed to our courier for delivery.
Our Online Shop uses a secure solution from Braintree to process your order(s). This enables you to see your card being authorised and debited in real time, all in a secure sockets layer (“SSL”) secure environment. The Braintree payment solution enables us to offer you a safe and speedy online shopping experience.
We are committed to protecting the security of your data. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the SSL protocol. Credit card information stored on site is encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. Braintree is also certified to be compliant with the Visa Account Information Security Program.
We will not pass on, sell or distribute your information to anyone else.
